Jake Gyllenhaal Released From Prison

This is what you get when you hang out with Adam Levine and do drugs.

More at IHJ!

PG,

I might as well turn in my badge right now & retire as a JW agent. I am too old to keep up with all you young whippersnappers who are getting into disguise & stalking Jake, and finding photos, etc. etc. I just barely have enough time to read ISJ what with all of my avoiding Real Life and addiction to Fairyland on FB.

Signed,

I finally remembered my Blogger I.D.

(See - I told you it was time for retirement!)

For a moment I thought he was visiting your protection agency!

Becky Heineke June 19, 2010 at 12:38 PM

^^^ IF ONLY THIS WERE TRUE. ;D If he visited our Protection Agency then maybe he wouldn't get himself into these messes. Sometimes I just don't know what to do with him.

CC, you are committed to a lifetime of service, so I'm afraid you can't quit, although you can tell Jake to stop showing up in so damn many places.

You poor things! Listen, I would like to take some of the burden off of you for awhile. Send Jake to Wisconsin and I will personally assume all of the stalking, photographing (feeding, comforting, etc.) duties for as long as necessary! It is my sworn duty as a gyllenhaalic to help out my fellow stalkers! Please -- send him as soon as possible! But -- no guarantees you will get him back in the same physical condition, hehehe!

Ah see, but PG couldn't actually tell you he was at the protection agency. That would defeat the purpose.

In other news, this girls seems to have joined the Gylls bandwagon. Interesting.

Becky Heineke June 19, 2010 at 3:45 PM

Well, well, it's shaping up to be quite the video post tomorrow... Clearly I must try to recruit this person (even if britpopbaby and I INVENTED JAKE GYLLENHAAL RAPPING).

Having just found that link, I must say sometimes I freak myself out. In fan terms, I am ancient. And I have done far, far too much crazy shit...

Ah! Prison! Now that makes more sense, when I saw the pics I was wondering what the hell kind of Kung Fu place needs barbed wire fences!

Thank you so much PG for being there to tell us what`s really happening with Jake. There`s so much false information out there!

My pleasure, Olympia! I am more than happy to be a beacon of accurate information amongst all the craziness out there. ;)

He is visiting the JGPA (we need a better name), he just doesn't know it (>w<)

i got the OK to post the pic of Jake coming out of the Dodger game last week. I believe he's in the car with the same guy he was with at the Laker game. Can I email to to you?

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 9:29 AM

Yes, yes!! Please send it to prophecygirl@jakewatch.com. And thank you so much! :D

So, I'm confused...did Jake really go to prison? If so, was it really for doing drugs?

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 8:01 PM

No. :) Jake really went to a kung fu lesson at some place that apparently has barbed wire fencing around the perimeter. And he didn't do drugs...I was making fun of the guy in the last post who held out a Sharpie the wrong way, making it look sort-of-but-not-really like a joint. Jake is actually a really solid, upstanding citizen, and sometimes I like to have some fun with him, considering he lives and works in a world where most of his colleagues really DO find themselves in situations like this. ;)

Yeah, I found that out on another website just right after I asked the question. And there were more pictures of him leaving that place and one actually showed his entire license plate number, so he better watch his back and look out for a real stalker..

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 8:16 PM

Exactly why I didn't post that picture. ;) For all the "stalking" references, you'd be hard pressed to find anything here that would really invade his privacy... It's distressing when pictures like that get posted. :-/

Anonymous,  June 20, 2010 at 8:18 PM

Yeah..I left that picture alone, but Jake is hard to resist so you know that somebody will end up going after him through that!

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 8:25 PM

HA! Unfortunately (for his sake), you are right. :)

Anonymous,  June 20, 2010 at 8:27 PM

So have you ever met him??

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 8:32 PM

I HAVE!! I used to write another blog about him back in '06-'07 and I tried on several different occasions to meet him. I finally succeeded at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2007. I wrote up my account for the blog HERE. I didn't get my picture take with him (sadly), but I did get some good shots and I did get to speak to him! :D

Anonymous,  June 20, 2010 at 8:58 PM

I think I might be speechless if that were me! See, I live down in Alabama so I'm not EVER anywhere near any of the stuff he has going on :( sadly

Becky Heineke June 20, 2010 at 9:18 PM

Wow, Alabama! I'm in Memphis! Nice to see another Southerner! :D Yeah, I only got to do such things because I had a great job at the time. I just saved up money and went off on crazy vacations. :)

And I was pretty calm when I met him, but it was at the end of a long journey! I actually stopped writing the other blog so I could write a book about the ridiculous things I used to do over there. :) (I get the book back from the editor tomorrow, at which point I'll know how much work I have left and hopefully have a better idea of when it'll be out!) But the book has the real play-by-play of what it was like seeing him in the flesh. I've also met Jake's dad...and he gave me quite a lecture on the paparazzi, one of the reasons I'm so strict about Jake's privacy. (So strict, in fact, that sometimes I just make things up instead of telling what he's actually doing. Ha!)

Anonymous,  June 21, 2010 at 10:09 AM

Haha..nice! Wow, both from the South and I write too..nothing published or anything, but definitely into it and love it..almost as much as jake!

Becky Heineke June 21, 2010 at 11:03 AM

Wow, we're kindred spirits then! ;D Awesome. I've written many blogs in my day, but the Jake ones are always the best...probably because he's so much fun to write about (and writing, for me, is always about the fun)!

Anonymous,  June 21, 2010 at 12:04 PM

Yeah..i know what you mean! And jake is fun to write about, talk about, or think about...anything!
