Jake Gyllenhaal is Looking *Very Earnest* on the Set of MTV Live

What is this MTV Live thing?  Is this Canadian?  Do I have to blame Canada for not knowing where to find a video of this online?  Come on, Canada.  I watched the Winter Olympics.  I know you're capable of better performances than this.

In the meantime, I guess we'll just have to make up our own Jake interview to go with these pictures. From his facial expressions we know that this roundtable discussion was an intense one, full of very serious subject matter.  It was probably a conversation on the big issues, like war and foreign policy.  In fact, Jake Gyllenhaal may have figured out how to solve the oil crisis in the Gulf...but because Canada has failed us, we will never know.

What is being said here?!  

Then again, I actually didn't look too hard to find a video.  So if there's one out, just ignore me and focus on the pictures. Oh, you're doing that already? Well done.
