Exciting Merit Badge News/Awards Ceremony
Well, well, Jake fans. I must say I am impressed. I have seen some pretty damned good performances from you all in the past few days. And with gyllenhaalic4jake's decorating prowess setting a new standard for dedication? Well, I thought it was time we kicked this merit badge thing into high gear.
Which is why I formally introduce the I'm Stalking Jake Merit Badge Program for Excellence In Stalking Jake (ISJMBPFEISJ - trademark pending).
So far, randomhero2006 is ahead of all of you for having earned two badges: The Badge For Exceptional Sock Research (redesigned below) and The Badge For Valor on the Red Carpet.
And now, with great pleasure, I hand over our first Badge For Outstanding Home Decorating. Wear it well gyllenhaalic4jake. You've earned it!
And while I'm handing out awards, I would like to give S4M985 and Cantara Christopher The Badge For Promoting Me All Over the Damn Internet. Thank you, both! And I know, I know...a little icon from me is worth so much in comparison to the work you've done. But what can I say? I'm the generous type.
And no, I have no idea what you're going to do with these. Except, of course, collect them all and brag to your friends about how awesome they are.

Wow, what can i say other than i like this place and i like to share things that i like. I feel very honoured to have received a merit badge and i will strive to keep up the good work!! (is there some sort of hand signal i should insert here- like at scouts?)

Jake is so excited he gets to add another badge to his lapel! Soon as he gets a chance to "sew" it on, we'll be in business.

Oh, my. This is truly an honor. First of all, I want to thank Jake for being the person he is, and also his parents for pooling their best genes on his behalf. I want to thank my friends for putting up with me even though I often envision them in white coats. But most of all I want to thank the Acadamy of I'm Stalking Jake! for recognizing devotion in its purest form. You like me, you really, really like me (I hope)! This beautiful insignia will be going into a Badge-a-Minit button complete with ribbons to hang in the Gyllen Haal of Fame! God Bless Jake Gyllenhaal!

gyllenhaalic4jake that was truly, truly beautiful. *wipes tear* I'm glad you enjoyed the light switch! I thought it worked well in summarizing your handiwork as a whole. As someone who knows how to use exactly one tool in Adobe Illustrator, I'm just glad it wound up being recognizable!
And to S4M982 and RH2006, you two are beacons of Gyllenhope in a Gyllendeprived world. There should definitely be a signal. And a whole set of rules. My God, the work I have in front of me...

DUDE. If you got a tattoo, that would be, like, the SUPREME merit badge. I'd have to do something special for that. I'm sure you'll be earning them left and right regardless! No, my fault, gyllenhaalic4jake...I never thought you were a guy!!!! I call everyone "dude," using it as an exclamation more than anything else. Sorry for using outdated slang. No offense meant! :D
Ah. No offense taken (reflects back to the "dude/sweet" banter from "Dude, Where's My Car?"). I just know that Jake is an Equal Opportunity Fantasy from reading wistful comments from both dudes and dudettes, "not that there's anything wrong with it" -- double the fan base for our "sweet dude"!
